What exactly does Fourwalls do?

I’m a landlord — do I need to do anything before 2030?
Yes, if your property is currently below EPC C. The deadline applies to every tenancy, and works can take time to schedule – starting early gives you the most funding options and the least cost pressure.
Do you work with all types of homes?
Yes — including older, solid-wall, and period properties, which often need a different approach than a standard cavity-wall home.
